Our process begins with a complimentary discussion with the Business Owner or CEO. During this step, we learn the Business Owner's Goals, and identify the major barriers standing in the way.
In Step 2, we take a deeper dive in the business and conduct an analysis of the business' financial statements, interview financial personnel, and assess the current position of the Company and areas in need of improvement.
In Step 3, we compile our findings in a written report and meet with the Business Owner to discuss our findings. During this step, we propose our Path Forward to help the Business Owner make progress on his or her goals for the business.
Once we have an agreed scope of work and a timeline, we begin the implementation process, which is tailored to the needs of each client. This phase can be a few weeks or a few months in duration, depending on the needs of the Company and the agreed upon Work Plan.
After each phase of the process, and at least monthly, we step back and review the progress that has been made relative to the Work Plan. We determine where there are still gaps or if there are new needs that require action. We modify the Work Plan accordingly for the next phase.
We typically stay involved with our clients for an extended period of time, but with the extent of our involvement varying over time, depending on the needs of the business.
